Handcycling - Forest Hill - 2024

There is no cost to attend.  Registration is required, as space is limited.

Place - Friends Park - Ma & Pa Trail - 37 E Jarrettsville Rd #29, Forest Hill, MD 21050

Date - 8/4/2024

Time - 10AM - 12:30PM and 1PM - 3:30PM

Availability is on a first come first serve basis to disabled individuals affected by spinal code injuries or amputations.

Please arrive 30 min early. 

There is no set distance or pace.  We want the ride to be enjoyable for all who attend.  Each rider will have their own mentor rider with them.

Additional Details

• We encourage you to bring a family member.
• We have 3 handcycles and 2 Not-A-Wheelchairs available for use.
• Equipment, including a helmet will not be provided for the family member.
• A volunteer will be available to assist with transfers.
• We recommend bringing a snack and a full water bottle with you.
• There will be an orientation on bike safety before the  ride starts.
